The staff was amazing. What a warm welcome. The rooms here are spacious. I really enjoyed lunch at the Greygoose Terrace. The Niçoise salad was delicious and the spritzes, excellent!
We paid a significant amount of money, including valet fees. I would have appreciated more transparency around when payments would be taken. I feel the hotel could have done more to.

Our Beautiful Suite included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It was spacious! The room had a fabulous decor that felt luxurious and well kept. a comfortable seating area.

I found the staff attentive. They addressed every request promptly. the room service was swift, delivering meals within thirty minutes. the concierge provided helpful directions and recommendations for local attractions. the hotel offered a complimentary shoe shine service.
i noticed a slight delay at check-in due to a busy period, but it was quickly resolved.
