The hotel offers lovely rooms with a luxurious bathroom and a view of the courtyard, although it was a bit warm with non-openable windows. The service was exceptional, with attentive and helpful staff. The breakfast was superb every morning. The facilities were excellent, providing ample amenities.

For my recent stay at the hotel, I found it to be a great choice overall. The rooms were comfortable and had a useful built-in plug accommodating both European and US sockets. Although I wished for a bit more space considering the cost, they were still cozy compared to other London hotels. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to secure last-minute theater tickets and dinner reservations. The hotel's location was ideal, just a leisurely stroll from Covent Garden, making it very convenient. However, the dining options were not impressive, lacking variety and quality for a hotel of this standard.

The hotel was not up to the standard I am used to at the Rosewood, but it is worth the splurge despite being overcharged for services. The rooms are lovely, spacious, and well-appointed, making it suitable for those with busy schedules.

I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic room upgrade to a junior suite with a luxurious rainfall shower and a soaking bathtub, along with ample storage space. The quietness of the rooms was great when I needed to rest, but it was a bit warm without the option to open any windows. The location was perfect for exploring Soho and other attractions, and I loved the elegant marble staircase leading to the rooms. The dining experience offered a good variety, with standout choices like the classic English breakfast, yet some areas like the Holborn dining room were just average. The facilities were well-equipped, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a great choice for a stay in a prime location with some minor room temperature inconvenience and mixed dining experiences.
